The Gravity Compensation Concept is a feat created and developed by the highly skilled watchmakers of Roger Dubuis. It is a system which allows for the instantaneous compensation of gravity.
3 patents were registered for this calibre: the geometric conception with 90° balances being the foundation of the Gravity Compensation Concept, non-resonating balances allowing for no disturbances between the functioning of each balance, the power reserve indicator conception allowing for less usage of space with a direct connection to the main barrel

5 differentials are necessary to average the run of each balance and connect them with the main gear train of the calibre

The calibre is certified by the Poinçon de Genève, one of the most demanding certifications in the world of the Haute Horlogerie.
