Each August, Monterey Car Week gathers collectors, manufacturers and enthusiasts on the California coast for ten days of concours, vintage racing and introductions. The 2026 edition ran from 7 to 16 August and closed with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Roger Dubuis took its place at the Lamborghini Villa, beside the 18th fairway, where the Italian house welcomes clients and friends throughout the week. This year the Maison presented timepieces from the House of Retrograde and its new feminine creations, a few steps from the Lamborghini Miuras gathered for the model's 60th anniversary.
A standing engagement
A calibre and a V12 answer similar requirements: engineering that can be seen, finishing that repays a closer look, and a love for mechanics over words. This is what brought the Maison and Automobili Lamborghini together in 2017, and what keeps the partnership in motion today. The Villa has become the natural place to present each year's creations, from the Excalibur Spider Flyback Chronograph in carbon to its pink gold successor, and now the Excalibur Biretrograde Calendar and the Biretrograde Perpetual Calendar.
