The hour when the forest wakes
Excalibur Brocéliande Dawn Rose
Before the light fully arrives, Brocéliande holds its breath. The canopy shifts from deep to amber, the leaves catch the first warmth of the day, and the forest reveals itself in color. The Excalibur Brocéliande Dawn captures that precise, suspended moment: lacquered mother-of-pearl leaves in yellow, pink and red, a diamond-set bezel, and the quiet mechanics of a new skeletonized caliber certified by the Poinçon de Genève.

An ongoing journey into the legend
Since 2015
The Arthurian forest of Brocéliande has fascinated storytellers for centuries. A place of enchantment and concealment, it is where Viviane made her home beneath the lake, where Merlin was said to have been bound by his own magic. The Maison first translated this mythical forest into high watchmaking in 2015. Each new chapter deepens the exploration, moving deeper into the canopy, further into the legend.
Colors of the first light
A living dial
The Excalibur Brocéliande Dawn is built around a single idea: a forest caught at the moment the light returns to it. The 38 mm rose gold case frames a colorless sapphire crystal dial, transparent enough to let the skeletonized movement show through from beneath. Across it, ivy stems in 18K rose gold carry mother-of-pearl leaves lacquered in yellow, pink and red, colors that shift across the dial the way dawn shifts across a canopy. The diamond-set bezel catches the light from every angle, adding a jewellery dimension that mirrors the brilliance of the scene it frames. A pink alligator leather strap completes the palette, and through the sapphire crystal caseback, the movement's architecture is fully visible, as open and considered as the design above it.
Where the hand never lifts
Métiers d'art
The dial of the Excalibur Brocéliande Dawn is, above all, a work of craft. Each mother-of-pearl leaf is individually selected, cut, engraved, and then lacquered by hand in layered tones that shift with the light. The stems that carry the foliage are formed in 18K rose gold, thin and precise. The diamond-set bezel adds a further dimension of jewellery-making to the creation, each stone placed to frame the dial without competing with it. Every element has been handled by Métiers d'Art artisans working at the intersection of high jewellery and high watchmaking. The Poinçon de Genève marks the outcome of that work.
Skeleton Monobalancier
RD721SQ
The RD721SQ is a new automatic skeletonized movement, developed specifically for this creation. Beating at 4 Hz (28,800 vph), it offers a 72-hour power reserve through an openworked barrel. A tungsten and gold micro-rotor integrates seamlessly into the skeletonized architecture. The fully transparent bridge structure, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, turns the mechanics into part of the design.
