The tourbillon in all its forms

Invented over 200 years ago, the tourbillon is an iconic symbol of high horology. Roger Dubuis is one watchmaker to have embraced that mechanical challenge, and for decades, has been delivering its own expressive interpretations.

Technical mastery

Taking this famed mechanism to the next level, Roger Dubuis only produces flying tourbillons, which are more beautiful to look at, but more difficult to create. 63 components are used, some of them in lightweight, non-magnetic materials such as titanium and cobalt chrome.

Expressive aesthetics

By its very nature, the tourbillon is hypnotic in its beauty and compact in its conception, allowing for extra creativity in the aesthetics. Roger Dubuis continues to express itself by associating the tourbillon with gemstones and exceptional materials - always guided by the Poinçon de Genève philosophy of excellence.

LIKE NO OTHER

Only Roger Dubuis has a tourbillon upper cage inspired by the Celtic Cross – a symbol of strength and unity. Other emblematic features include the large cage, our signature mirror-polished finish, as well as the unique tourbillon placement, which is never at the traditional position of 6 o’clock.
